Chrome also until I started using Lion, now I use Safari in fullscreen mode all the time. Two finger swipe back is quite addictive!

I'm Firefox too. I tried Safari but missed the Google toolbar

    Chrome at the moment.

I've always had a love-hate relationship with Safari. I've never used it consistently for very long. Bugs and lack of development always force me to switch after a while. It has so much potential as a browser if only Apple were willing to put the effort into it.

Haven't used Firefox for years. Can't stand it.

I was using Chrome but after an update a while ago video playback on websites was very poor. So I switched to Safari. I do miss Chrome's ability to search within the address bar.

Firefox for me. Fairly idiot-proof, so it's perfect for me!

Safari for me. When I get my hands on the new Intel Macbooks in work (in the coming week or so) I'll give Chrome a spin, and check it out.

    Chrome, Safari and Firefox.

Safari works best for any flash and lots of tabs, but they are all open and used for different things daily for me.

Chrome won't install on my old Mac. :(

Firefox for me at home and more so at work. A fairly big user of Greasemonkey and while Chrome does support a lot of GM it doesn't support everything.

Performance between Firefox 4+ and Chrome is much of a muchness certainly for the machines I run them on. All my machines would have 4GB RAM.

    Currently running Firefox 6.

Safari. Lightning fast in comparison to IE.

I love firefox - stable and beautiful - but it just feels so bloated. On Chrome since the latest Mac build. Love it. So zippy!

Even if you hate Microsoft - surely in this type of survey IE should be an option?

Not really, considering there currently is no IE version available for the Mac OS, and given that this is the Mac OS Board it is implied "What web browser do you use with your Mac"

I was on Firefox up until yesterday and that's how I voted but after reading this thread I decided to give Chrome a go and I'm impressed. It's lightning quick!

    bah all you newbies.

if i need an UI browser, camino. otherwise it's lynx. can't get more hipster than that.

    Safari

I had been using Firefox but the last couple of updates made it slow and too bulky. They changed the bookmark bar too, which I don't like.

Tried Chrome for a couple of weeks. It was fast but grey screened my macbook 3 times and that never happens!

So it's back to Safari, which is slick I must admit.

I do like Camino, because it's quick and light but it can only handle so much.

I have a soft spot for Opera from the old days on PC's when you could only chose IE or ancient netscape. It had real speed then but they try to do too much now.

A constant battle between Chrome and Firefox for me. Used to use FF exclusively but the add ons seem to make it sluggish and some of the navigation and layout bugged me.

Chrome is a clear winner on speed and layout at this moment in time anyway.

Would love Safari to get it's act together but I just think it's the one element of Apple's software that lets the whole operation down.

Currently giving Lion/Safari a run. Good so far, especially with the Magic Mouse and Better Touch Tool....

Still, I miss some of the features in Opera.
