    Hi

Does anyone know of a new 'Back to work' scheme that you can join if you on the live register for three months or more. I googled it and can only find info on one where you have to be out of work for 2 years.

Has anyone any info on this or have a link on it?

    Cheers

For the 2 year one it says here "In the Supplementary Budget April 2009 it was announced that the Back to Work Allowance scheme is closed to new applicants from 1 May 2009".

So im not sure if there is one anymore other than the enterprise allowance back to work scheme for people that want to setup their own business that are on the dole.

Yeah I seen that alright, I can't find any info on the 3 month one though. I applied for an internship with a company and it says on it the governments 'new' back to work scheme. They called me then to invite me for interview and told me it was available to people on the live register for 3 months or more. Perhaps if its new the website doesn't reflect it yet but would still expect to find something so not sure.

Maybe the new internship scheme is their new back to work scheme ;)
