Trackpad gone mental

    Hey there,
I got my trackpad only a bit wet a few days ago and it is being totally erratic since then.

It doesn't follow the finger movements, and even when I'm not touching the pad the cursor shifts and moves across the screen.

I've had to disable it just to get anything done.

I only touched it with wet fingers, there wasn't loads of liquid or anything. So I thought that it would have dried out by now but it hasn't improved at all really.

Does anyone have any idea what I could do to try and fix this?

    Thank you
