Problem with new TV

    Hi there

I bought a new Hannspree 32inch flatscreen TV last week. I've noticed that the dubbing seems slightly out. Is this a problem that can be fixed with adjusting controls, or should I get it replaced?

    Any help appreciated.

Do you mean the voice being out of syc with lip movement? Usually its just a broadcasting station problem but if its on all channels then I'd suspect the tele.

    Hi there

Thanks for your reply. I should have been clearer - yes, that is what I mean. The lip movement finishes and the words can still be heard. it seems about a fraction of a second out of sync, just enough to be noticeable and annoying.

I called the shop I brought the TV from and they said they think it is my chorus ntl box. I think I am going to have to take the TV back to the shop and get them to have a look at it. I never had this problem with my old TV :(

So are you receiving your TV channels through a UPC subscription? If so, you'd probably want to post in Cable/MMDS (http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=54)
