    my ex owes me money, transferred to him through banking online,
    7months later hes now ignoring me, would i have a claim?

    Trying to stay totally neutral here, if you have proof that the money was a loan (for example, a text saying "can you lend me x amount?" or a text agreeing that he does indeed need to pay you back) and proof that you sent it (online banking is proof), then you should have a case. It'll only cost 15 euro so you may as well go for it.

    Was just asking a general question as a bit fed up of getting no where.
    thanks for the links, i find forms online a bit of a pain but have found the office. now to get the address of my ex :rolleyes:
