    Can you explain some more?

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

I think he wants to know can he attend a course in a college (and receive BTEA), and also do a second course at the same time in another college (which he will receive no payments for)

    simple answer to this.

Yes: If both courses accept you, AND you can attend both courses without them interfeering with each other, then you can do this.

Example: first course is a full time undergraduate 3-4 year degree/honours degree. (9am-5:30pm)
second course is a part time evening degree (usually 7-10pm)

then in this situation, you can attend both.
