freezer alarm -help

i have a siemens fridge freezer and the alam is going off. The rubber seal around the frezzer dor is really hot to touch as are the outside walls around the door / seal area. Its only about 2 months old! whats wrong! Have manged to get the alram turned off but its still illuminated.
