No need to do the theory again, you can simply apply in the motor tax office for your second learner permit/

Firstly... Relax:) All you need to do is bring your expired permit to the motor tax office, two passport size photos and the fee of 15e.

Bare in mind that to get your third permit, you will need to show evidence you have booked or taken a driving test.

It's not as bad as you think so don't worry:):)

I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble in the family. The fact that it's only your 2nd permit makes things much simpler.

Take it one step at a time and don't worry about the test yet. Get your 2nd permit 1st of all and take it from there.

    Best of luck!

    Matt

Can the passport photos for the permit be black and white or do they have to be in colour?

Yeah they need to be in colour I'm afraid. It's only for a passport that they should be black and White. One is put on the licence and the other on your file with the motor tax office/ dept of transport.
