Accessing Deceased Patients Medical Records

    Hi All,

    Can anybody advise me if it is possible to access a deceased person's medical records. The deceased person in question died in 2007 & I'm not sure if the state keeps their medical records on file for this lenght of time.

    Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
