Why? To get Dec out your way for a couple of evenings a week? Or so you can sample Jagerbombs out of the cup again! ha ha:D

    Ha ha!

Well I'm not looking forward to it at all tonight. It's going to be tough. Still I'm alot fitter than I was this time last year so hopefully I can not puke on runners!

If only I hadn't already had plans imagine the shots I could get tonight, could be some laugh :)

There will be some worse that others I'd say. I've been doing the 5 A Side and playing tag and a few other bits but I'd say there are a few who've done nothing all summer and they'll really suffer!

Tonight probably won't be too bad as its only the fitness test but I would say the next few weeks could be torture.

Fitness Test? Aw crap! I hate fitness tests! I've always been terrible at them

    Hope your still alive :)

Not going to lie. That was tough. Fitness tests are not fun but it went well enough and I'm miles ahead of where I was this time last year so happy enough! Still, don't fancy doing those 150m shuttle runs again!

Word is that Bushy Park is going to be well tough this year but hopefully it'll have the right results and we can push on!

Lots of new faces up too, although it'll be interesting to see how many of them are around next week ha ha

Pre Season continues tomorrow night in Bushy Park. Meeting at 7:15 in the car park of Terenure College which is across the road.

Drive in the main gate of Terenure College and take the first left. Follow the road until you come to a roundabout of sorts and take a right hand turn off that. You should see other cars parked in there.

    Bring water!
