Help with PC build

Hi, I was wondering if anybody could help me with finding the best components for building a desktop from scratch for a budget of €600. I will be using it for gaming, music, films and other general stuff. I already have a monitor. Help will be much appreciated as I am new to this PC building.
P.S. I don't know if this matters but I am living in Ireland.

That's the german version of windows, you'll have to download the english disk image and use the key supplied with the german version.
