    in the paper today :

    "A BUS driver has been charged with buggery by a dog following a garda investigation into the death of a mother who died three years ago.

    Sean McDonnell (57), of Rathmore, Churchill Meadows, Raheen, Limerick, is due to appear in Limerick District Court again next week.

    He has been charged with a single offence of buggery with an animal at Laurel Park, Patrickswell, Co Limerick, on October 7, 2008.

    The investigation arose following the death of a woman from Galbally, Co Limerick, at a house in the Limerick village in 2008.

    It is alleged that Mr McDonnell used his German Shepherd dog to commit the illegal act on the woman at the house".
