Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi,
    Anyone got any idea what the points will be this year; will there be a increase or decrease in points? 2009-10 risen by 115 points!! why this hugh rise anyone got any idea or is the points set by the college?. Anyone studying the course btw.

    The points will be set according to supply and demand, its a course that is ever increasing in popularity so the points rise to match that.

    Yes I'm doing the course, but as a mature student I didn't require entry by means of my Leaving Certificate. I read on the citizens advice website that points are dependent on the amount of places allocated on each course. So the number of places on the Pharmaceutical this year must be low, I'm guessing, but not 100% sure.
