Corsa C exhaust backbox?

Apologies for the endless threads recently, but:

I was going over my girlfriend's newly acquired Corsa C 1.2 auto last night, basically a pre-purchase checkover type of thing for a bit of practice. Three things have come up.

    1. The driver's footwell is wet as hell. I know the problem is coming from the seal between the brake servo and the firewall, but should I attempt to take it out myself and reseal it? Seems like a big job, especially messing with brake components.

    2. The exhaust backbox is riddled with rust and blowing slightly. Any ideas how much a backbox would be in parts (and maybe labour)?

    3. The OS headlight assembly top lug/hinge is broken.Would I need to replace the whole assembly or just the bit that is broken?

    1) It's a tricky area to access, leave it to the pro's!

    2) I used to work for a Bosal fitting area and the corsa was one of the cheapest cars to buy exhaust parts for. I can't quote prices but they were very little money.

    3) If it's attached to the headlamp, you'll need to replace the whole headlamp. Try get a genuine second-hand one from a breakers yard, there's a lot of crap spurious ones on offer.
