installing new distro over existing distro on dualboot

i currently have a Win 7 / Linux Mint dualboot setup on my laptop - if i install Ubuntu 11.04 over the Mint installation will a new GRUB just automatically overwrite the existing one?

Should do once you install over the old mint.
