    All the descriptions in the ad are mere buzz words therefore they do not amount to false advertising. What is a "Modern" Kitchen, Some might say one that was installed yesterday. Some might say one that is installed within the 20th century.

    Pictures are also provided so you can form your own opinion of the place.

    I actually live in the same development, tbh the photos look rather similar to my own place, again depends on your definition of the word modern OP but tbh I can't see where false advertising would come in to it.

    Renting myself there btw

    I would interpret modern as current.
    That place looks like it was furnished haphazardly in the mid nineties.

    two of the knobs are missing from cooker and the furniture looks like something from a probate sale :D

    but it is the bathroom mould that i wouldnt be able to get past
