Stall Design

    Hi all,

I am looking for some advice. I currently help to run a stall/booth for a porcelain artist. Currently we are using 6mm painted plywood board with hooks in them to hang plates. These boards are not exactly the nicest, and are both cumbersome and heavy to work with. We also have display jewellery display cabinets and aluminium and wood shelves for the other items. AS an extra, we have a mounted flat screen TV, with pictures of the items on sale going in a continuous cycle.

What I am looking for is some ideas on other display methods we could try, as the current displays don't seem to be working. Frankly, they give the impression of being a bit amateurish.

The stand space is normally 3m x 2m x 2m, with no overhead lighting.

    Many thanks,

    Clauric

You could get a larger than normal size fake dresser type backdrop to your stall. (I don't know if that makes sense to you).
The shelves could display the plates and the bottom part could be handy to store other items which aren't necessarly being displayed ie; extra stock etc.
If you put a bit of thought into the finish it could look quite classy.
Do you have to dismantle the stall at the end of each day? if so my idea might not be the most practical.
