    so i transferred 164 from my bank to paypal account.

    prior to this i had 8euro before.

    but now it seems the 8euro is missing, how is this so ?

    You'll need to check to history of the account to see what happened to it. View all recent transactions, etc.

    i called paypal and they said the 8euro was limited to 12.cents due to some currency conversion that i did thats from dollars to euro.

    Is possible.
    i mean how can 8euro decrease down to 12cent.

    its not as if i'm trading forex market.
