Has anyone had any dealings with this company - its like Homebond. I have reported some damage to my house about a month ago and sent photos but have heard nothing back from them yet.

they only cover structural damage within the first ten years of registration.

What type of damage do you have.

They operate through coyle hamilton willis in Ireland and generally offer a better product coverage that Homebond

Thanks it is all structural damage and the house is only 2 1/2 years old. there is cracks in every room, some are settlement cracks and some are large cracks that you could slid something into.

I just wondered what teh procedure was after I filled in the form and sent photos. I have had nothing but problems with the house lately!!

I have and I am dealing with a person in their Irish office. I have just received an e-mail from him advising that it is waiting assessment and they will get back to me.

The estate I have my home in there is 16 house and at least 9 of them have structural defects, 2 I don't know of as the builders sisters live in them and the other 5 are unsold. The other neighbours are waiting to see what happens with mine before they go reporting it but I think they would be better off reporting it too might hurry them along.

Sorry to hear your walls are cracked. Do you know the reason for it?

no idea, there is a also quite a large crack on the gable wall at the bottom as if it is coming from the foundations - I have sent pictures to them so hopefully they will get back to me soon. Mind you it is over 7 weeks since I sent them.
