    I had a issue a few weeks back and contacted these guys

    The issue was sorted the next day...

    I was on to a friend who works in a UPC call centre there to complain and he said the same.
    Twitching on Twitcher at them gets them to move faster.
    Must be the "in public" aspect of it.
