I'm a drummer looking to move down in September to study at the CSM, and am hoping to pay some of my way playing gigs - optimistic I know but that's the dream! So could anyone let me know…

Hello!
I'm new to boards.ie and this is my first post!

Wondering if anyone can tell me some good venues for cover bands in Cork City? I'm a drummer looking to move down in September to study at the CSM, and am hoping to pay some of my way playing gigs - optimistic I know but that's the dream!
So could anyone let me know what venues are worth looking into and also if anyone knows of jobs going for a gigging cover band around the area I'd love to hear from you
