im sending my son from shannon to london heathrow hes only 13 and i know i need to sign a form of indemnity but where do i go to get that form do i go to the check in desk or to the aerlingus customer service stall like i dont want to walk around the terminal with my son looking like an asshole

See above link for the indemnity form. It is available on the aer lingus website should you not be successful with the link.
You will need to go to check in desk with your son and give the aer lingus representative at the desk this form.
You cannot check your son in online. He must present at the check in desk.
