Cross river to Infirmary Road, get a 46a to Dún Loaghaire

    or

get a Luas to Connolly Station and DART to Sandycove & Glasthule

    or

get a 145 outside the station to O'Connell Bridge and get a number 7 on O'Connell Bridge to Lower Glenageary Road

Hi, Best option would probably be the Luas from Heuston to Connolly station, then the Dart southbound for Bray/Greystones. Dun Laoghaire should be the eleventh stop.

    Hope this helps.

    Viel Gluck.

If you are getting the DART, get off in Sandycove, not Dun Laoghaire. You'll save yourself about 10 mins walking, as the Institute is about 100 yards from Sandycove DART station.

How long is that likely to take? 40 minutes?.:)

i would say 46a, its on infirmary road, around the corner and up a little hill from the criminal courts, have a look on google maps, it will bring you the whole way, and will only cost you 2.30... its a good spin anyway your lookin at!

If you are getting a LUAS, it is quicker to alight at Abbey Street stop and walk to Tara Street DART Station than staying on until Connolly.

    +1

not all Luas go to Connolly and its a good walk to the DART platform

Luas to Abbey, DART from Tara to Sandycove - 30/40 mins max
