Probably the foundation level coaching course FUNdamentals course - if you register with http://education.gaa.ie/ you'll be able to see upcoming courses in your area. You'll also need to be Garda vetted as well

I'm already vetted and done some courses with child minding Ireland as my mother is a childminder. What is it like. Is it a one day thing.

Doesn't matter what you have been vetted for before, you have to be vetted again for seperate organisations - the system is badly put together

I was looking at the Dublin site and it says it is 7.5Hrs – 10 Hrs long - so that would be over two days. http://www.dublingaagamesdevelopment.ie/coach-education-programme/foundation-award gives you a fair idea of what is involved
