Acer Liquid E 3 MMS APN Settings

    Just bought the Acer Liquid E Android 2.2 smartphone and I'm using it with a 3 sim. Tried googling the settings but didn't find the right ones. After several calls to 3 and a lot of trail and error finally got all the correct settings for internet and MMS as follows:


    APN: 3ireland.ie
    APN type: default,MMS
    MMSC: http://mms.um.3ireland.ie/10021/mmsc
    MMS Proxy: 217.171.129.2
    MMS Port: 8799
    Protcol: WAP 2.0
    Authentication type: CHAP

    The following are 'not set':
    Username, password, ,proxy and port

    Just one question - can you tell me where did you input the Protocol detail....its not on the access point list. Thanks.
