I am looking to go back to '08 and '09 but I do not have the required home address or PPS no. for my old landlords. Is there any way of getting these details?

Go ahead and claim your rent relief , as you are entitled to do . - Use the address of the property that you rented .

It is up to the Revenue office to follow up on the Landlord .
