Bumper scratch - Fix??

    Hey - I'm fairly good with metal bodywork filling and painting etc.. but very little experience with plastic trim. Have this sizeable scrape on the bumper of the Cruiser since i got it - have some time on my hands eventually to fix it.

    What is the best way to get this out - its about half a mm deep in places. Not sure I can afford to give it to a bodyshop.
