NCQ Help....

    So I'm putting together a new build:

    * ARock Z68 Extreme
    * Intel i5 2500K
    * 8GB DDR3 memory
    * SSD Drive (as cache)
    * Pre-existing SATA2 hard drives

    I'm installing as non-RAID, and in the manual I'm giving a choice of instructions on using SATA HDDs with or without NCQ function. I've no idea about this - is there any reason _not_ to use NCQ?
