Toyota Corolla stiff clutch - should garage fix it if under warranty?

Bought a used 2004 Toyota Corolla in April. Garage gave me a warranty for 6 months so still covered. I'm driving round England in a months time and wanted to get it sorted as it's getting uncomfortable and also I'm worried it might be about to pack in.
Should I expect the garage to fix a stiff clutch pedal or can they fob me off saying it's not broken therefore not covered?

Alot of warranties wouldn't cover the clutch, have you tried contacting the garage and get them to have a look at it first?

Yeah, I'm about to contact them to take a look but I'm kind of expecting them to try and wriggle out of as it's not actually "broken" (yet).

If clutches are not covered under the warranty then they won't have to wriggle out of it.
