    Hi All

I'm ordering a Canyon CF but my card will not allow me to spend over €1500.00 per transaction i have asked the bank and they said this cant be removed. I have rang Canyon and asked them to do it as two different transactions this seems to be causing issues as well.

Can any one help me here?

Can't you just raise the limit? AIB lets me raise it every 6months or so, but I am a good customer :pac:

Even if you prepay cash onto your card you still can't spend more than 1,500 per transaction?

If that's correct that's crazy. I'd be telling the bank to sort it out instantly.

Ask them to send you a PayPal request, then load up your Paypal account with 2 credit card payments and use that.

Bank transfer? This is how my BTW bike was paid for and with two seperate payments. I had to ring them to arrange this. Perhaps they are just overworked and understaffed at the moment with the TdF going on.

They accept bank transfers - the details will be on your invoice if you select "pre-payment".
