new wheels for an old Fox

Hi all, I have an old Dawes Fox bike, 2 x 5 speed racer, rescued from the local scrappy. All good except the wheel rims/spokes are badly rusted. The question is, where would you look for a new set of rims? the local guy here in Cavan is so slow its a joke, and newer bikes with more gears have longer axles than the frame…

Hi all,
I have an old Dawes Fox bike, 2 x 5 speed racer, rescued from the local scrappy. All good except the wheel rims/spokes are badly rusted. The question is, where would you look for a new set of rims? the local guy here in Cavan is so slow its a joke, and newer bikes with more gears have longer axles than the frame can accomadate. I don't need a super light set of fancy rims, just something to get her back on the road again.
