    For the inconsequential sum of £20, you could win yourself a brand new baby. Unfortunately this lottery is only available to our friendly neighbours to the east. All tasteless and not funny joking aside, it certainly raises some interesting questions. Questions like, isn't this interesting ? And doesn't this raise some interesting questions ?

    By the way, I don't really have a personal opinion on the matter as of yet. But I am slightly leaning towards thinking that this is reasonably crazy.
