Good interview conducted with Gillick while in Switzerland a few days ago.

Gillick explain his season so far, and how injury has prevented him being at where he'd like to be. Also it is interesting to hear the changes undergone in his training this year.

He is remaining very positive which is important!

That interview was before his DQ in Lausanne and his 47:xx run in Berne (or whereever it was).

His positivity must be severely tested now.

Have no idea what is going on but his 5 results this year are baffling : 46:8, 46.6, 46.9, DQ and 47:xx!!

Those runs wouldnt even qualify him for the European Championships, not to mention contend for a place in the final and medals at the Worlds.

It would explain a low 46 but his 47.2 at Chaux-de-Fonds (which is probably a 47.9 on any other track) needs some serious questioning!
