    Hi,
    Can anyone suggest a product and where I could buy it for the following.

    I want a wireless alarm device that attaches to the inside of a patio door and adjoining wall, that when activated, the alarm will go off when the door is opened/tampered with.

    Can anyone help please?

    What you're describing sounds like a door/shed alarm. Get them in B&Q argos etc.
    If it's a proper alarm system you want then a powermax or sililar will do the job
