terminal 2 - on average how long do we need for check in?

I would have been loathe to leave any less than 2 hours to check-in at terminal 1 but wondering if terminal 2 is as bad? Anyone been through security on a friday evening much lately? What's it like? Thanks

It really depends on the airline and the flight. You need to follow their advice.
