renewal or full grant form

i got accepted for the full maintenence grant last year but dropped out before i could take it do i need to fill in a renewal grant form or just the full grant form one on student finance.ie:confused:

The grant award lapsed because you withdrew your application or dropped out of college. If you did not receive any grant amount i.e. if you dropped out before the end of semester one and did not receive the 1st instalment of the grant and have not received a renewal letter from your local authority, then you should apply for the grant again. If on the other hand, you received the first instalment, you would not be entitled to the 1st instalment this year. You will have to submit all relevant documents again this year.
