    Hi all,

I got a letter yesterday saying I am entitled to job seekers benefit and it would be at my post office today and every Friday after that. I went to my post office and I was told that nothing was there and I am not registered for anything :confused::confused:

My local social welfare office would be closed by the time I get there and I have been ringing non stop. Anyone know what might have happened?
    Cheers

Might seem silly but did you go to the right Post Office?

The only other thing I could suggest is keep ringing, or go there in person to sort it out.

That could simply be the SWO giving you the wrong day for collection, happened to me. Twice.

I would take a trip up to the SWO, don't bother phoning them.

I'm going to go tomorrow, yeah ringing is such a waste of time! Not even a voice mail
