regarding passport

Hello, i just sent off for my passport yesterday, the 4th through passport express( yes i know its late but only just got around to it) and im wondering would it be safe to book a holiday on the 22nd of July or should i just wait for the passport to come. the 22nd is 15 working days after the 4th, do you think it will come on or before the 22nd, thanks

I'd imagine you'd be better off contacting the passport office than taking a guess!

I went to the passport office last Wednesday and they said mine will be sent out on the 12th, and I'm not flying away till the 21st. You could be lucky, though I'd hold off on booking the flights till you have your passport!

if i ring them will they tell me what day it will be sent or will they just say 10-15 working days

I wouldn't take the chance. If there is something wrong with your application they might have to send it back to you.

Hard to say. Every office is different.
