We are heading for Carrigaline in a few days travelling along the N20 from Limerick. Anyone know of a good playground to stop at to let the young un's run off some energy. A good spot for lunch nearby would be an added bonus.

    Thanks

I'm guessing Mallow would be a decent stop off in terms of food, it's probably roughly half way. In terms of playgounds, it should have one, will leave it up to someone else to provide more info on that though :)

When you come to the second roundabout in Mallow heading for Cork keep left for Mallow town. Pass down Dairygold factory and take the immediate right(Park Road). You will pass Tescos on your left and the playground is just below it on the same side beside the bus stop.

Mc donalds is a 2 minute walk as is the main street in Mallow.
