Sync problem

I wanted to delete some music from my iPhone last night as the phone was almost full. To do this I had to sync the phone. A message came up that if I did, 13 apps would be deleted...no problem...or so I thought.

The phone then proceeded to delete every app, around 150 I think, although they were saved onto my computer. The problem is, when I loaded them back on, I lost all the data from the apps.

Apps like shazam, where I had lots of songs tagged that I wanted to download and angry birds which I had finished, whatsApp conversations etc. All the apps are as if I've never had them now.

Is there any way to get the apps back as they were before?

You can try a restore from backup, open Itunes on the left hand side, right click on your device and click on Restore from bacup, Select a date that you know you have all apps install.

When I do that it only shows the latest backup, and not the previous one

Ok maybe try that, maybe the back-up was created before they got removed
