Any pool based triathlons left his season

    did my first one in April which was pool based. Not sure if I'm ready for the open water yet. I know the pool based ones tend to be early in the season but anyone know of any still to come?

    Tri795 is on this Saturday in Bunclody Co Wexford at 4:00pm
    Based in an open air 25m pool it's a 500m swim, 20k bike & 5k run
    €35 to enter and club run
    Was a great success last year

    Oh and the pool is heated so even if it's lashing rain like today you'll still have a lovely warm swim

    Seems to be a fair crew from boards coming down to it, Oryx & Woddle know the setup from last year anyway so just follow them!!

    I didn't get to say hi in Athy but will be sure to give you a shout at the weekend wherever I'm marshalling, best of luck

    The new bike will indeed be there ! I hope it will be going at a fair pace as well ( a lot faster than my swim:( )

    Oh and there will be pool based tri on the Curragh in Sept some time. I believe its put together by Kildare Council so check their website for details.
