Interview advice.

    Hey all;

    I'm going to Cambridge on Wednesday for an interview with a specialist recruitment agent for the town planning and architecture sector. I'll be put through a psychometric test and then an interview. Those who get through to the next round will be in the final four and go forward to meet the CEO of the company in question. For someone with limited interview experience and zero experience of psychometric testing can anyone give me any pointers to guide me in the right direction? I've downloaded a few tests and while daunting they seem doable.
    I'm particularly nervous about the type of questions the recruitment agent will ask me and I wonder if there are any typical questions they ask and recommended answers. Any help is greatly appreciated. :)

    Cb.
