Think about it. We already have "Dalkey Mustard" http://www.rockcookbook.com/wp-content/myuploads/Dalkey.11.jpg
Rename it Irish mustard and let it take over the Irish market as people will feel more patriotic buying Irish. Then start marketing it abroad. As the Irish people eat more Irish Mustard, their endorphin levels rise because of the good taste of the mustard. This leads them to be more hard working, which means they have more money to spend on mustard. Since they're eating more mustard, they make even more money as they work harder. It's a never ending cycle of hard work and money and mustard. I think it would work.

Interesting to see the results. Only one person disagrees and he doesn't even explain why - probably a custard man and is simply angry. Maybe if the bankers ate more mustard they'd be more responsible with the peoples money when they see that we just want to eat mustard, just like them.

If you could figure a way to use it to cool microprocessors or insulate attics then YES.
