I was in the Tesco Tullamore store today and spotted a bargain in the confectionery aisle. Thorntons Chocolate Collection 230g were reduced to just €1.50 - The shelf sticker says save €6, so on this basis they are €7.50 full price. The ones I purchased had a best before date of 30th November 2011. There were lots on the shelf.

At this price they are cheaper than a bag of sweets.

I also checked online and these chocolates are also available for ordering online at the €1.50 price.
