Portuguese Springs / ZTE Blade process.com error

    After installing Portuguese Springs on my ZTE Blade (Orange San Francisco) I reboot, get in to the phone, input my PIN, the wallpaper and apps load but then it gives me an error and goes back to the point where I have to key in my PIN. The error is
    'The process.com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again'.
    Anyone know how to fix this?
    I already installed PS on another Blade and it worked fine. I can't understand why my phone is acting the bugger. I posted my query on Modoco but haven't got any response yet.
