Advice on brakes

    Hi Folks. Recently had the front breaks replaced on a 05 focus diesel. However i notice that sometimes the car does not want to take off. ie like the breakes are staying on.

    I am guessing maybe they have not been blead right has anyone more info they can share.

    Bring it back if the brakes are binding, calipers may be in need of attention.

    Thank you. What exactly does that mean breakes are binding.

    it means the piston in the caliper might not be releasing back fully, keeping the pads applied to the disc, hence holding the car.

    as said could be a seized calliper, jack the front of the car and see how freely the wheels spin....
