Hey there, I'm just curious at to know whether any credit union does this and if so is it a better option? I heard the Post Office do it as well? Sorry if this is asked so much to those who frequent this section but the only search results were pre-recession and I would like a newer answer, please.

I have a student account with Ulster Bank if that makes a difference.

An post do commission free fx but as far as I know it's only sterling and dollars, and they only sell, not buy back. If you have an Ulster Bank student account you'll most likely get it from them with no charge.
