Seat belt alarm never stops

Hi, just looking for advice on this. I bought my car about a month ago (Mazda 6) and the seat belt alarm on the back seats have progressively gotten worse, when no one is in the back seats the alarm keeps going off, particularly when going over speed ramps or a bad road.

So im wondering, can i bring it back to the dealer to get it sorted? Is it covered under a warranty? And is it possible to to request it be disabled?

Also the steering alignment is very slightly off, enough to bug me when going on a motorway. Can this be sorted out under the warranty too?

    Thanks for the reply guys.

I'd nearly definitely say it's covered under warranty (you'll need to read the T&Cs of the policy), but more importantly if it's been like that since you bought it, warranty shouldn't really come into it - they should rectify it without question.
