Oxford High Heels

Does anyone know where to get a pair of patent oxford heels (with a stiletto heel) in Dublin. I'd need a size 7-8. I tried on a pair in Miss Selfridge but their shoes are always too small for me :( I saw a nice pair in New Look but they weren't patent (they don't have to be leather, just shiny!). Thanks for any advice!
