Window fuse gone on 00 ford focus

    Hey all,
I have a little problem with my front windows and this recent heat wave is doing me good.
It seems that the fuse has gone for the windows, as both are not working and this happened before in the big freeze. I got my fuse checker and checked all the fuses in the glovebox section and the engine section and none of them are broken.
The last time this happened, the mechanic fixed it a few months later when getting something else fixed...but I don't want to bring the car down just for this?

Anyone know where this mystery fuse is and yes, I have read the manual.

Maybe its a relay, go back to the manual again to see where they are, might be just a loose connection on the terminals too.

i have seen problems in these cars where the wiring breaks inside the loom cover close to the hinges of the doors.Easily fixed if that is the cause.the wires break from years of moving back & forth with the movement of the door.
Have also seen bad connections at athe switch of ford ka,but more likely broken wires in loom.

Check that there was no attempted break in where the wiring looms going to each or one of the doors was cut by a hacksaw blade, this is a popular way of breaking in.
